If you are not happy with the product, please write to me at hello@pet-oracle.com — we will find a solution.
I display shipping costs transparently in the checkout; I don't want to secretly include them in the product price. As much as I'd like to be able to simply conjure up delivery to you, unfortunately that's not possible (yet) — so actual shipping costs and delivery times apply.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) remains in effect, of course. This applies to products made specifically for you (e.g., personalized talismans).

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop (The Pet Oracle) and regulate the contractual relationship between you (customer) and me, Marielle Plößl (supplier).
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded as soon as I confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices and payment
All prices quoted include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are deliberately not "hidden" in the product price, but are transparently displayed during the ordering process/checkout. I want to show fair prices and therefore list the delivery costs separately.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, advance payment).
4. Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
- Delivery times are approximate unless otherwise stated.
As much as I'd love to be able to simply "magic" the delivery to you, that's not (yet) possible; therefore, shipping costs and actual delivery times apply.
5. Right of withdrawal/return
Consumers (natural persons who are not acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity) have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@pet-oracle.com).
- Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are faulty or the return is regulated differently by law.
- Personalized products or products made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
As a small, independent label, I put a lot of heart and soul into every product. Returns involve effort and expense for me—therefore, I would be very happy if you, if possible, would forgo returning the item or contact me briefly before purchasing. Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
6. Warranty/Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. I am liable for defects in accordance with statutory provisions. I am fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Data protection
The provisions of my privacy policy, which is available on the website, apply. There, I provide detailed information about the type, scope, and purposes of data processing (e.g., order processing, newsletters, tracking via Meta Pixel/Google, etc.).
8. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Austria.
